Our Days in the Diocese will be spent in Salamanca, a beautiful city which is around 2 1/2 – 3 hours drive west of Madrid. Ray and some of the team have been to visit those organising the Days in Salamanca a couple of times, most recently in October 2010, when the World Youth Day Cross and Icon were also in Salamanca.
The welcome we received was wonderful, and we feel very blessed to be able to spend our Days in the Diocese in Salamanca. We’ve been told that around 3,000 pilgrims from 16 countries around the world will be in Salmanca with us. It’ll be a great taste of things to come in Madrid.
